Position Summary/Purpose:
Performs capital improvement projects to include carpentry, plumbing, electrical related to major renovations or rehabs.
Essential Functions:
1. Performs capital improvement projects to include rough and trim carpentry, plumbing, drywall repair and finishing, electrical, masonry, painting and janitorial related to major renovations and rehabs - Advanced. 2. Possess reliable transportation and be able to drive to company-owned locations as needed. 3. Travel Monday-Friday approximately 75% of the time. Home on the weekends. 4. Follows safe work practices. 5. Travels to, and participate in, both regional and corporate training and/or conferences as required.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of building trades - Advanced. Ability to work independently and adhere to set deadlines. Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, instructions and specifications. Proven operation of equipment and tools needed for the role; Must have own hand and power tools. Must Have Current Driver s License, Vehicle, and Insurance. Must Pass Background Check and Periodic Drug Testing. Must Be Willing to Travel and Stay Overnight. #LI-JC1
