Job Overview Residential Construction Laborer / Carpenter Helper (Full-Time) Small residential construction crew looking for 1 possibly 2 dependable persons to join us. We do framing, new builds, decks, remodels, and additions. This is a hands-on job. You'll be working directly with the owner on real projects—not standing around or doing busy work.

What matters most:

Show up on time, every day Be ready to work (not on your phone, not dragging your feet) Listen and follow directions Be willing to learn and improve.

Basic requirements:

Reliable transportation (this is non-negotiable) Able to handle physical work (lifting, being on your feet all day, working outside). Some tool experience is a plus, but not required if you're willing to learn. No drama, no excuses.
