Active Missouri SLP license Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Experience within a pediatric or school-based setting is valued, but new graduates and Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply Confident communication skills, a supportive attitude, and adaptability Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes and individualized support plans Key responsibilities: Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress Track and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to educational planning Offer consultation and guidance to staff and families on best practices for communication support This contract position includes a suite of attractive benefits, ensuring your experience is rewarding and supportive.
