Immediate start available. What you'll do: Lead framing and finish work on custom decks, porches, and pergolas Work from engineered and stamped plans, build to code, pass inspections Set posts, beams, joists, decking, railing, and stairs Run a small crew and keep the job moving What we need: 5+ years carpentry experience, deck or residential framing Able to read plans and lay out a complex build without hand-holding Own hand tools and reliable transportation Shows up on time and communicates when something changes What we offer: Steady year-round work — we run multiple crews across fence, deck, and outdoor construction Competitive pay based on experience Work available immediately, not a \"we'll call you in spring\" situation Open to W-2 or qualified subcontractor crews with their own insurance.
