Job Description
Experienced Residential Remodeling & Repair Carpenter Full-Time | Residential Construction & Remodeling We are a growing residential construction and remodeling company looking for an experienced, skilled construction professional to join our team. This is NOT a position for someone who is simply looking to be another set of hands. We are looking for someone who knows residential construction, can work independently, takes pride in their work, and can figure out problems without needing to be told every step of the way. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on residential construction experience and be highly skilled in carpentry , with solid working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, trim, and general home repairs. You should be comfortable walking into a job, looking at what needs to be done, and knowing how to get it done correctly. Strong carpentry skills are a must , including experience with: Framing and general carpentry Doors and door installation Trim and finish carpentry Cabinets and built-ins Drywall and repairs Flooring Decks and exterior repairs Remodeling and renovation work General residential repairs You should also have a good working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems . You don't necessarily have to be a licensed plumber or electrician, but you need to understand how residential systems work and be capable of handling basic plumbing and electrical work safely and correctly.
