$30.67 - $40.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary Bridger Built is a growing residential and commercial general contractor serving Bozeman, Big Sky, Livingston, Ennis, and the surrounding communities. We build high-quality custom homes, renovations, additions, commercial spaces, and insurance restoration projects. We're looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in doing things the right way. What You'll Do  Perform all phases of residential and commercial carpentry  Frame walls, floors, roofs, and structural components  Install doors, windows, siding, trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry  Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings  Work safely and maintain a clean, organized jobsite  Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and homeowners  Mentor apprentices and less experienced carpenters  Deliver workmanship that reflects pride and professionalism Qualifications  3+ years of professional carpentry experience  Experience with residential remodeling, additions, or new construction  Ability to read plans and layout work independently  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation  Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions  Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Experience  Finish carpentry  Custom home construction  Commercial construction  Remodeling and renovation projects  Operating common construction equipment and power tools What We Offer  Competitive hourly pay based on experience  Paid vacation  401(k) retirement plan  Healthcare benefits  Paid holidays  Ongoing training and professional development  Opportunity for advancement into Lead Carpenter, Superintendent, and Project Management positions  Year-round work with a stable and growing company Why Bridger Built?
