Job Summary We are looking for dependable people who know the trade, take pride in their work, and can produce clean, high-quality finished work . We are not interested in sloppy or rushed work. Quality and craftsmanship come first. What We're Looking For Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have construction/carpentry experience Must have your own basic carpentry tools Must be able to work independently without constant supervision Lead carpenters must be able to assign work to other crew members and keep the job moving Must be willing and able to help other carpenters when they have questions or need guidance Must be dependable and show up ready to work Must keep the jobsite and finished work neat, clean, and professional Experience with framing, decks, siding, exterior trim, doors/windows, remodeling, additions, and general residential construction is preferred What Matters Most to Us We expect top-quality work . Speed is important, but we would rather have something done correctly and neatly than have it done fast and sloppy. If you take pride in your work, know how to solve problems, can work well with a crew, and care about the finished product, we want to hear from you.
