Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Apprentice Carpenter / Laborer to join our construction team. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn the carpentry trade, gain hands-on experience in all aspects of residential and/or commercial construction, and grow into a skilled craftsman. Under the supervision of experienced carpenters and site supervisors, the apprentice will assist with general labor tasks, site preparation, framing, finishing, and other carpentry-related duties. Key Responsibilities Assist carpenters with framing, installation, and finishing work Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times Support general site labor tasks such as demolition, cleanup, and material handling Learn and apply carpentry techniques and construction best practices Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors
