Property Management Company We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical and plumbing systems across our facilities. Will need basic carpentry skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about maintenance, possesses strong technical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and customer service are key. Duties Property Management Repairs. Variety of Maintaining Repairs. Must have plumbing experience. Must have valid Driver's License Must be able to pass a Background & Drug Test Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Vehicle is provided Must have general knowledge of fixing and working on apartments, townhomes, anf homes.
