Job Description

seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facility areas throughout our manufacturing plant and offices. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot maintenance issues while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities include:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and facility-related issues Perform general building maintenance and repairs throughout plant and office areas Assist with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other facility systems within the employee's training, qualifications, and applicable requirements Safely use hand and power tools Respond to maintenance requests and assist with minimizing equipment downtime Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems Hands-on experience using hand and power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Good communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform the physical duties associated with industrial and facility maintenance Ability to lift and carry up to 100lbs Ability to climb ladders, bend, reach, stand, and work in various positions as needed Ability to lift and move materials and equipment associated with the position, with assistance or equipment when appropriate
