Job Description
We're looking for an experienced carpenter to join our small, quality-focused window and door company.
This is a full-time position with a small company where we need to rely on the quality workmanship. Room to grow and advance within the company. Most of our work is in the South Charlotte area, but we occasionally go to Waxhaw, Huntersville, etc.
The work includes:
Replacement window and door installation Exterior carpentry and trim Wood rot repair Painting and caulking We're looking for someone who: Can work independently and take ownership of a job Has good carpentry and problem-solving skills Takes pride in quality workmanship and pays attention to the details Is willing to work hard. The work is often difficult, hot and dirty. Can follow directions and work within our methods Is cooperative, dependable and works well with a team Communicates well with customers and coworkers. Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Speaking Spanish is a bonus. Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportationPay:
