Job Description
The Full-time Contract Finish Carpenter/Installer and Property Maintenance person is primarily responsible for completing residential remodeling jobs that are assigned by the Construction Coordinators or Project Managers in the asset management department. The carpentry work is both interior and some exterior jobs. This role must complete the scope of work within the appropriate time frame and within industry standards. You will work Monday through Friday. No nights and no weekends unless a deadline has been missed and the additional time is essential-rarely happens maybe 2-4 times per year. This is a 1099 Contract position that will be paid hourly and/or by the job using a pricing sheet. All compensation is based upon earning $28.00 - $35.00 per hour for around 30 to 40 hours each and every week all year long.
