Primary duties (scheduling coordinator): Greeting our wonderful patients and parents in a warm manner Scheduling patients - managing patient schedules & practice columns Answering phones Trouble shooting patient calls Insurance verification Secondary duties (orthodontic assistant / marketing) Orthodontic assisting (cross-trained as a back-up assistant) Assist with marketing duties - social media, digital, print, internal contests, etc.WHAT WE OFFER
