Deliver comprehensive personal care, hygiene, and mobility support. Assist with medication reminders, incontinence care, and customized care plans. Handle light housekeeping, meal preparation, and client transport. Assess safety, manage client needs, and accurately log shift updatesQualifications What We're Looking For:
1+ years of facility (ALF/Nursing Home) or home health experience preferred (CNA/Med-Aide a plus). Proven reliability, strong organizational skills, and calm crisis management. Experience with dementia care, Hoyer lifts, or gait belts is a plus. Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, insurance, and background clearance. Why Join Us?
