Sunroom Construction Job Type:

Full-Time | In-Person | Year-Round We are a fast-growing Nebraska home improvement company specializing in custom sunrooms, patio enclosures, decks, patio covers, windows, outdoor living spaces, and residential remodeling throughout Nebraska and Iowa. We're looking for dependable, skilled carpenters who take pride in their craftsmanship and want to build projects customers love. Sunroom experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Perform residential remodeling, renovation, and carpentry work Build and install custom sunrooms and patio enclosures Perform demolition, framing, trim, decking, and finish carpentry Build wood and composite decks and install aluminum railings Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Identify and resolve job-site issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site Communicate professionally with project managers, team members, subcontractors, and customers Maintain company quality standards and comply with building codes Qualifications Professional carpentry/construction experience Remodeling and renovation experience preferred Sunroom experience preferred; training available for the right candidate Strong framing and finish carpentry skills Decking experience, including wood and composite Ability to read plans and construction drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting materials What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Performance bonuses Paid holidays and PTO 401(k) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance HSA Tools and equipment provided Training and team-building opportunities Year-round, consistent work Opportunities for advancement Opportunity to earn a company vehicle as a Construction Lead If you take pride in your work and want to build unique projects with a growing company, apply today through Indeed!
