Job Overview HIRING ASAP.......We are seeking a motivated and skilled Handyman/Carpenter to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks. Your expertise will ensure we give the customers what they want. This position offers an opportunity to shine Duties Perform carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, door and window replacement, and interior finishing. Conduct electrical work such as wiring, electrical equipment repair, troubleshooting circuits, and reading schematics. Maintain plumbing systems by repairing leaks, replacing fixtures, and performing routine plumbing system maintenance. Utilize hand tools and electrical equipment to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and safely. Perform painting tasks including surface preparation and residential painting. Install flooring and siding Skills Strong experience repair Proficiency with hand tools, electrical equipment repair, welding techniques, and plumbing systems. Knowledge of HVAC systems including repair and troubleshooting skills. Experience with building interior maintenance such as painting, carpentry, drywall installation, and fixture replacement. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
