Full-Time Pay:
$29-$35/hr, based on experience Lead Carpenter We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team and take ownership of residential construction and remodeling projects from framing through finish work. The ideal candidate is a skilled, dependable builder who can confidently lead a crew, read plans, solve problems in the field, and consistently deliver high-quality craftsmanship. This is an opportunity for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with an established company. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day work on residential renovation, remodeling, and new-construction projects Interpret blueprints, scopes of work, measurements, and site plans Perform and oversee framing, trim, doors, windows, siding, drywall, and finish carpentry as needed Coordinate subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and project schedules Communicate clearly with project managers, subcontractors, and crew members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Identify potential issues early and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions Mentor junior carpenters and help maintain high workmanship standards Ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and according to specifications Qualifications 5+ years of professional carpentry experience, including leadership or crew-lead experience Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and finish carpentry Ability to read and work from blueprints, plans, and measurements accurately Strong understanding of construction processes from framing through finish
