Carpenter/Handyman —

Interior Doorway Conversion & Appliance Relocation Job Location:

Newport, NH Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.

SCOPE OF WORK

Demo existing stove, over-range microwave, base/upper cabinet, and section of countertop in lower-level kitchen area (brick chimney feature to remain untouched) Frame new interior door opening in the wall separating the stairwell landing from the lower-level kitchen (opening located in the existing stove/microwave footprint) Install pre-hung interior door, casing, and trim on both sides of the new opening Patch and finish drywall on both sides of the opening; paint to match/blend with existing wall color Install ~20 sq. ft. of luxury vinyl plank flooring with transition strip at the new opening Relocate and fully install the stove, microwave, and cabinet to the opposite side of the brick wall feature (reconnect to existing power; install range anti-tip bracket)

JOB DETAILS

Start date: Monday, 9/21 Estimated duration: 3 days (target completion by Friday, 9/25) Point of contact: Allyssa / allyssa@sentrihomes.com / 208-725-3512 REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2+ years of trade experience (carpentry/framing, drywall, and flooring) Must have tools necessary to complete the job Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris Take before, during, and after photos PAY $1100.00 Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period. Do great work and there's more where this came from. We reward reliable, quality crews with repeat projects nationwide.
