Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Carpenter to join our growing construction team. Responsibilities Metal stud framing and wall layout Drywall installation ACT/acoustical ceiling grid and tile Commercial doors, frames and hardware Blocking, backing and miscellaneous carpentry Finish carpentry and trim Read and work from blueprints and construction drawings Operate hand and power tools safely Work independently and as part of a commercial construction crew Maintain high standards for quality, productivity and job-site safety Requirements 3-5+ years commercial carpentry experience preferred Must have experience working on commercial construction projects Ability to read plans and perform layout Must have reliable transportation _ Valid NJ drivers license clean criminal background and driving history Must be dependable and show up on time OSHA 10/30 and lift certifications are a plus Must be able to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision Full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. We are looking for experienced carpenters who take pride in their work and want steady commercial construction work.
