Master Carpenter / Lead Carpenter (7+ Years Experience) Lead and supervise carpentry teams

• Interpret and execute from drawings and plans
• Perform high-level framing, finish work, cabinetry, and custom installations
• Coordinate schedules, jobsite workflow, and quality control
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Mentor junior carpenters Maintain safety compliance Deep understanding of residential construction methods and materials
• Expert craftsmanship and problem-solving ability

Qualifications:

7+ years residential carpentry experience Proven supervisory or crew-lead experience

Rate:

$33

• 38/hour, commensurate with experience 2.

Mid-Level Carpenter (3-7 Years Experience) Perform framing, window/door installation, cabinetry, trim, sheetrock, and demolition Work independently or as part of a team Maintain clean and safe worksites Understand building components, sequencing, and trade coordination

Qualifications:

3-7 years residential carpentry experience Strong fundamental carpentry skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to take direction

Rate:

$29
