Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled, hands-on carpenters at various levels, from Lead Carpenters to Service Carpenters. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated team players with a strong foundation in carpentry, including experience in high-end residential and light commercial projects. Each role requires the ability to read construction drawings, manage materials, and work collaboratively to ensure quality workmanship.Available Positions:
1. Lead Carpenter (5+ years of experience): Lead and mentor a team of carpenters and helpers. Read and execute construction drawings with precision. Manage material needs and layout work efficiently. Foster growth and development within your team. 2. Carpenter (3-5 years of experience): Work in a team setting while also being able to work independently. Follow directions and communicate effectively to complete projects. Possess established knowledge and skills in high-end residential and light commercial carpentry. 3. Service Carpenter (3+ years of experience): Perform general carpentry and home maintenance tasks. Manage work orders and order materials as needed. Provide excellent customer interaction and teamwork. Qualifications forAll Positions:
Must have your own tools to perform the work. A current driver's license is required. Motivated, organized, and committed to excellence.Benefits:
Four - 10hr day work week February 1st through October 31st. 8 hour days per week November 1st through January 31st.
