Job Description

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our team, to work on high-end residential new construction and remodeling projects. Our work focuses on custom homes, detailed renovations, and quality craftsmanship. We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, and interested in growing within the construction industry.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting Project Managers with daily job coordination Scheduling subcontractors and deliveries Communicating with clients, vendors, and field crews Tracking project progress and helping maintain timelines Reviewing plans, specifications, and selections Assisting with budgeting, proposals, and change orders Maintaining project documentation and organization Visiting job sites and helping oversee quality control
Qualifications:
Construction experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and construction software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in high-end residential construction with a company that values quality, teamwork, and professionalism.
Benefits:
Four - 10 hr day work week February 1st through October 31st. Five - 8 hour days form November 1st through January 31st.
