We offer free estimates and design, our showroom is open 6 days a week, and we employ our own installation crews offering the highest skills available. We are casual and friendly but focused, and we strive for 5 star reviews every time.
What you can expect:
Our crews typically work in 2 person teams. You will begin on a crew with one of our seasoned installers and you will be placed according to your demonstrated skill level (ranging up to Lead Installer). We are willing to train the right candidate in any areas needed.The ideal candidate:
Proven work experience installing of tubs/showers, toilets, standard glass doors, plant and vinyl tile flooring. Plumbing experience associated with new installation of sink fixtures, bath/shower valve assemblies, and drains. Familiarity with basic framing, drywall installation techniques, and basic electrical work. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Ability to follow plans for demo and new installs. Reliable, safe, and clean/respectful in client homes. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to commute to East Rochester, NY 14445 (required). Driver's license strongly preferred, reliable transportation requiredCompensation:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour based on experienceBenefits:
