This is someone who can execute complex work independently, solve field issues without creating rework, and help stabilize crews through strong standards and mentoring This is the level where craft skill turns into real field leadership, with a clear path to grow further within the division, including opportunities to lead crews and take on more responsibility as you demonstrate readiness.

Pay & Benefits Pay:

$28-$40+/hr, based on experience and demonstrated ability Quarterly bonus program with clear, measurable targets Health insurance (Milestone covers $8,000/year toward your plan) 401(k) with 4% company match Mileage reimbursement $750/year tool and gear allowance Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave Dental, vision, and life insurance Company events What You'll Do Take on complex rough and finish carpentry work independently Read drawings and specs confidently, and catch conflicts or sequencing issues before they become problems Keep a sharp eye on quality so the work behind you doesn't create rework for the next trade Coordinate with field leaders and other trades to keep the job moving Mentor less experienced carpenters and help set the standard for "done right" Solve problems in the field with good judgment, and know when to loop in leadership Keep daily timecards and job-code entries accurate so labor reflects the work that was done As you build experience and show you're ready, you'll take on more: planning daily work, running QC for a crew, leading a crew of up to 4-6 people, and stepping into Project Lead responsibility on a jobsite What You Bring A strong commercial carpentry background, ideally with tenant improvement/remodel and new build experience Confidence reading blueprints and solving problems on the fly A track record of high-quality work with minimal rework The ability to mentor others and lead by example in the field Strong safety habits, clear communication, and a professional presence on the jobsite Crew leadership or daily QC ownership experience is a plus Knowledge & Certifications OSHA 30 preferred Strong blueprint/specification literacy First Aid / CPR preferred Advanced equipment certifications as applicable Tools & Equipment Expectations Expert proficiency with hand and power tools Confident use of lasers/levels for verification and accuracy Comfortable using lifts and other equipment when trained/certified, and follows documentation requirements where applicable Physical / Jobsite Requirements Ability to lift, carry, climb, and work in active commercial construction environments Ability to work on ladders/lifts/uneven surfaces as required with appropriate training What We Offer Opportunity to take on more responsibility within a growing Self-Perform Division A clear path toward Lead Carpenter, Project Lead, and broader field leadership, including Working Foreman A team committed to craftsmanship, consistency, and professionalism Equal Opportunity Employer Milestone Construction Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
