Job Description
Flagstone Homes Reimagined is a Capital Region Real Estate Investment company that renovates residential properties. We focus on customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, renovated Homes with quality craftsmanship. We are looking for a Carpenter/Handyman to work on renovation projects in Saratoga and Warren County. Responsibilities include completing a punch list for current projects and services for residential investment properties. Having your tools are a plus for the ideal candidate.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Five years of experience at minimum
- Ability to perform any of the following trades: carpentry, painting, drywall, and electrical and plumbing
- Own standard set of tools to perform the aforementioned trades
- Valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and demeanor
