Specialty Associate Specialty Associates are responsible for keeping the Beer, Wine, Cheese, Bread, and Housewares departments well stocked, organized, and properly merchandised. Specialty Associates maintain product quality by rotating inventory and removing outdated items. Responsibilities include cutting cheese to specification, weighing and accurately labelling prepared products, keeping the Olive Bar clean, fresh and replenished throughout the day, and maintaining clean, organized displays. Specialty Associates provide knowledgeable, friendly service to guests, helping with product selection and answering questions throughout the shopping experience.
