Job Summary The Field Technician will be responsible for delivering great field service to customers by taking technical measurements prior to the installation of products.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Service and adjust all products sold by Gunton Corporation and National Accounts. Respond to urgent jobs based on priority status. Discuss and review Customer Satisfaction Survey with each customer. Maintain adequate parts and tool inventory on a well-organized, maintained, and professional vehicle. Effectively communicate all service activities to the customer, including time of visit. Maintain accurate, neat, and organized paperwork, including timecards and service orders. Convey a neat, clean, friendly, and professional appearance.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to Service Supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to climb and work on a ladder up to 40 feet in height Ability to work off a 60-foot lift

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior service experience with in-home repair or installation
