This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be on the tools every day, working alongside your crew while keeping the job moving, productive, and on schedule. We're looking for someone who knows metal framing inside and out, takes pride in their work, and can lead from the front. If you're not afraid of the daily grind and can run a crew while producing quality work, this is the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily metal stud framing and related carpentry work Lead and work alongside crew members on active job sites Layout, frame, and ensure accuracy per plans and specifications Keep projects moving — coordinate workflow, materials, and manpower Maintain quality control across all phases of framing Enforce job site safety standards and keep sites clean and organized Communicate with project managers on progress, needs, and issues Train and mentor crew members through hands-on leadership

Requirements:

Strong experience in metal stud framing (commercial/industrial) Proven ability to lead while staying productive on the tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts Reliable transportation to job sites Dependable, accountable, and able to handle the pace of field work
