Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced Remodeler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and execute comprehensive remodeling projects, transforming spaces with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Duties Interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed plans to guide remodeling projects effectively. Perform a wide range of construction tasks including drywall installation, flooring, cabinetry, trim carpentry, tile laying, and painting. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete various phases of remodeling work. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Install fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinetry, glass panels, and plumbing or electrical components as required. Manage on-site construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and oversee material fabrication and installation processes. Ensure all work is completed with attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and adherence to project timelines. Experience Proven experience in remodeling or general construction with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects. Extensive knowledge of construction management practices and estimating procedures. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings related to building systems. Hands-on experience with drywall finishing, plastering, stucco application, masonry work, concrete forming/finishing, and roofing. Proficiency in electrical work, plumbing installation/repair, fixture setup, and restoration projects. Familiarity with bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation is a plus.
