Responsibilities Perform carpentry tasks involved in remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and laundry rooms with high precision and quality. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, drywall, and other materials to create cabinetry, framing, shelving, and custom pieces. Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met. Inspect and repair doors, windows, flooring, and other structures to maintain safety and aesthetic standards. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently while adhering to company safety guidelines. Provide expert advice on material selection, design improvements, and project feasibility to clients and team members. Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency during all phases of construction. Requirements Proven experience as a carpenter, specifically in remodeling and small handyman projects. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Proficiency with hand and power tools used in carpentry and construction work. Excellent understanding of wood properties, construction techniques, and safety regulations. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and finishing. Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and handle construction materials.
