Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team in a dynamic construction environment. The employee will work closely with experienced professionals to learn the trade while contributing to ongoing projects. Duties Assist skilled tradespeople in the installation of flooring materials and other construction tasks. Assist with demolition. Support carpentry work. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on site. Skills Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, tape measures) Ability to assist with demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and flooring Comfortable lifting heavy materials and performing physical labor Willingness to learn construction techniques and safety protocols Ability to follow directions and read basic construction drawings or blueprints Familiarity with job site safety procedures and use of PPE Strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
