Job Description

Step into a dynamic school environment and make a meaningful impact as an Occupational Therapist supporting students throughout the academic year. This contract opportunity allows you to utilize your expertise to help children achieve greater independence, success, and participation in school-based activities. Two dedicated Occupational Therapists are needed to join a collaborative team serving multiple schools in the greater Loveland, OH area. What you'll bring: Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt interventions to individual student needs Proficiency in implementing IEPs and documenting progress Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment for educational environments
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students strengths and areas for improvement Develop and facilitate tailored intervention plans in alignment with IEP goals Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success and participation in classroom activities Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress toward goals Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on occupational therapy strategies Contribute to ongoing professional development and the positive climate of the school community This role offers a chance to shape students school experiences while working in an inclusive, forward-thinking atmosphere.
