Responsibilities Erect metal buildings and install metal stud framing with precision and adherence to schematics Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and rebar installation to ensure durable structures Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics for accurate execution of plans Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely while maintaining high standards of quality Conduct masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, and stone with proper measurements and alignment Install siding, stucco, roofing, and trim carpentry components to enhance building aesthetics and functionality Use hand tools such as tape measures for dimensional measurements and carpentry tasks with accuracy Engage in remodeling and restoration projects by applying skills in plastering, woodworking, and general construction techniques Collaborate with team members on site safety protocols, heavy lifting procedures, and project timelines Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently throughout each project phase Skills Extensive experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and stucco application Proficiency in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, framing carpentry (including woodwork and metal stud framing) Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures on construction sites Ability to perform precise dimensional measurements using tape measures and other measuring devices Experience with remodeling projects involving drywall installation, plastering, trim carpentry, and restoration work Basic math skills for calculations related to measurements, material quantities, and project specifications Physical capability for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces as required by various tasks Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety compliance and quality standards Join us as a if you're passionate about construction excellence!
