Job Overview We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Handyman, Carpenter, and Landscaper to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and enhancing residential properties to ensure they are safe, functional, and visually appealing. Your expertise will help create comfortable, well-maintained environments by performing a wide range of tasks that include carpentry, landscaping, electrical work, plumbing, and general repairs. Responsibilities Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, cabinetry, and interior repairs using hand tools and power tools. Siding and roofing Conduct landscaping duties including planting, lawn care, pruning, mulching, and landscape design enhancements. Repair and maintain electrical systems and equipment, including troubleshooting wiring issues, replacing fixtures, and ensuring safety compliance. Handle plumbing maintenance such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, repairing or replacing pipes and fixtures Perform painting tasks such as touch-ups and full interior or exterior painting projects to improve building aesthetics. Follow safety protocols while working! OSHA Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service to residents or clients. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in hand tools and electrical equipment repair. Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), schematics reading, plumbing system maintenance & repair. Knowledge of HVAC systems including repair techniques and HVAC system troubleshooting. Ability to perform residential painting along with building interior maintenance tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills in English to clearly document work orders and interact professionally with clients or team members Experience in facilities maintenance across various environments in residential ensuring all systems operate smoothly.
