Job Title:
Concrete Carpenter Job Description As a Concrete Carpenter, your primary responsibility will be to build and install the formwork that shapes concrete into foundational structures, such as walls, columns, and slabs. Responsibilities Coordinate with Project Leaders to understand the scope of work. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings. Measure, cut, and shape lumber or other material into structural molds. Construct and prepare structural forms according to blueprints. Use a wide variety of hand and power tools, such as drills, saws, and hammers. Clean and perform general routine maintenance on tools and equipment. Regularly check completed forms to ensure the highest quality and accuracy. Follow all company-mandated, as well as OSHA safety guidelines onsite. Assist with general labor duties as directed by Foreman/Project Manager. Participate in post-project evaluations to identify 'lessons learned' for the future. Work Environment The position operates on the 1st shift, with work hours varying depending on project needs. Interviews can be conducted either virtually or in the office located in Carroll, Ohio. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shade, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
