Apprentice Carpenter / Laborer

• Financial pay growth opportunity, pay for these carpenter & manager levels range from $14
• 45 an hour based on skills, knowledge, and efficiency What we expect:
• Interested in learning to build an entire house from the ground up, not just specialize in one task
• Reading and study material as needed to facilitate on the job training
• Taking notes & pictures as needed to facilitate on the job training
• Putting in the effort to learn the trade
• Being accountable and coachable

• Understands that this is a career journey and learning the trade does not happen over night
• Commitment to put the work in that it takes to learn the trade
• Valid drivers license to be maintained and a reliable vehicle

• Enjoys working with hands and manual labor Tasks to be performed and will be trained to perform:
• Setting up & cleaning up jobsites
• Material handling
• Demolition & excavation
• Driving equipment & vehicles
• Framing, insulation, drywall, drywall finishing
• Painting, trim, millwork, cabinet install
• Tiling, flooring, doors, windows
• Occasional siding and roofing Use of various power tools, saws, and pneumatic nailers
