This pivotal role involves managing all phases of construction projects, from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery, safety compliance, and quality standards are met. As a Lead Carpenter/Foreman, you will coordinate teams, oversee project schedules, review technical drawings, and ensure adherence to construction regulations. Your expertise will drive project success while fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. Duties Lead and manage construction teams on-site, supervising crew activities and ensuring efficient workflow Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accuracy and compliance Coordinate construction schedule activities, including sequencing of tasks and resource allocation Supervise quality control measures, ensuring work meets industry standards and client expectations Requirements Minimum of 3 years of Foreman/Lead Carpenter experience in commercial carpentry.
