We are looking for an experienced Interior Remodeling Carpenter who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of precision and craftsmanship, and is committed to maintaining the high standards expected in luxury residential remodeling. Responsibilities Perform high-quality interior remodeling and finish carpentry work Complete kitchen, bathroom, basement, and whole-home remodeling projects Perform framing, trim work, door installation, cabinetry installation, and finish carpentry Read and interpret plans, drawings, and measurements Accurately measure, cut, fit, and install materials Work independently as well as with a remodeling team Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Protect clients' homes, furnishings, and finished surfaces Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and other trades Identify potential issues and communicate them before they become problems Maintain company standards for quality, craftsmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional carpentry/remodeling experience Strong residential remodeling and finish carpentry skills Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to accurately measure and work from plans or project specifications Comfortable using common hand and power tools Reliable, punctual, and dependable Professional appearance and attitude Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (must be willing to travel to the North Hills, South Hills, and surrounding Pittsburgh areas!)
