Job Summary:

Employee will travel and service territory throughout the week performing evaluations and installations of company products, such as modular aluminum handicap ramps, porch lifts, stair lifts, grab bars, vehicle lifts and any additional accessibility and mobility equipment offered to customers and businesses according to scheduled work orders and manufacturer specifications. In addition, employees will maintain warehouse and inventory, complete required production forms for daily work order assignments, follow vehicle maintenance, and communicate activities daily with branch office. Occasional overnight travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations at customer homes or businesses and recommend proper equipment solutions Create job layout plans, including equipment lists and estimated labor Install and service products safely, following company standards and code compliance Promote company products and educate customers on available services Troubleshoot and resolve installation or service issues efficiently Maintain company vehicles, tools, and inventory in clean, working condition Complete daily documentation, production forms, and activity reports Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members to ensure satisfaction Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

Mechanical and technical aptitude; proficiency with power tools Ability to use tablets, smartphones, GPS, and job‑tracking software Experience with layout planning, estimating, and troubleshooting preferred Strong communication, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in varied conditions Clean driving record; ability to pass background and drug screening Disclaimer The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by associates assigned to this classification.
