Lead Carpenter / Finish Carpenter We're a specialized remodeling company focused on kitchens, basements, and bathrooms — not a jack-of-all-trades outfit. We're looking for an experienced finish carpenter ready to take ownership of projects from start to finish and grow into a lead role as we expand. Requirements 15+ years of carpentry experience Experience running or heavily involved in remodel projects from start to finish Comfortable reading blueprints/prints and working to specs set by designers and building codes Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal oversight Organized, clear communicator — comfortable coordinating with clients, subs, and suppliers Experience with project management software (JobTread experience a plus, but not required — we'll train) Remodeling experience in kitchens, basements, or bathrooms preferred Responsibilities Own a project from start to finish, keeping quality and schedule on track Help create and verify material takeoffs before and during the job Build and manage job schedules, keeping the project moving and on time Use JobTread daily for schedules, daily logs, prints, budgets, and communication Install wooden structures, cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry to spec Coordinate directly with clients, suppliers, and other trades on the job Keep accurate daily logs and site documentation What We're Looking For Someone who thrives in a jobsite setting, communicates clearly, and stays organized under pressure. $32.00 - $44.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
