Duties Lead and supervise carpentry crews, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing, siding, drywall, roofing, and finish carpentry tasks Oversee metal building erection, metal stud framing, rebar installation, and concrete forming activities with precision and safety consciousness Coordinate with project management on scheduling, material procurement, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines Perform heavy lifting, dimensional measurements, trim carpentry, plastering, stucco application, and masonry work as required Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely while maintaining the integrity of the worksite Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations at all times Conduct quality inspections of completed work to meet specifications and client expectations Assist in troubleshooting on-site issues related to framing, drywall installation, or restoration projects Maintain detailed documentation of daily progress, materials used, and safety incidents Please provide Reference's & DOT card

Pay:

$30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
