HELP WANTED - MAINTENANCE / CARPENTER
Looking for an experienced, dependable person for part-time property maintenance and remodeling work in the Erie area.
Pay:
Up to $30/hour based on experience Part-time to start, with the possibility of additional hours.
Work may include:
- Carpentry and general repairs
- Drywall and painting
- Doors, trim and flooring
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Rental property turnovers and remodeling
- General property maintenance Must have reliable transportation and your own basic tools.
