Experienced Carpenter / Remodeler

BT Home Improvements is looking to hire an experienced carpenter/remodeler to join our small residential remodeling team. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in remodeling or carpentry who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and works carefully and consistently throughout the day. This is a good fit for someone who wants to be part of a small, consistent crew where quality matters, organization matters, and everyone is expected to take ownership of their work. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of residential remodeling/carpentry experience Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, solid work Ability to work steadily and carefully from start to finish Good organizational habits and respect for keeping tools, materials, and job sites in order Ability to take direction, think ahead, and work independently when needed Good communication and teamwork Respect for clients' homes and job sites Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Willingness to be flexible when certain phases of a project require longer days Typical Work Includes Demolition Framing Finish carpentry and trim work Door installation Drywall and general remodeling tasks Bathroom and kitchen remodeling work Light plumbing and electrical work related to remodeling Minor HVAC-related adjustments such as moving floor registers Job site setup, organization, and cleanup About the Position Our typical schedule is daytime hours Monday through Friday and is generally consistent, but remodeling work sometimes requires flexibility. Certain days may run longer depending on project needs, scheduling, inspections, or coordinating with subcontractors. We are looking for someone who understands how remodeling work flows and can be flexible when needed to help keep jobs on track. Being organized on the job is important to us because wasted time looking for tools or cleaning up avoidable messes slows everyone down.
