In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of carpentry and general labor tasks, contributing to residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction, woodworking, and restoration while working on diverse projects that make a real impact. Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and effectively Perform framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, siding, door hanging, flooring installation, and fixture installation Assist with rebar installation, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and water damage restoration tasks Handle heavy lifting and assist with demolition or remodeling activities as needed Support the installation of metal stud framing, mold remediation efforts, and water damage restoration projects Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety protocols such as power tool safety standards Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on residential carpentry or remodeling projects Skilled in using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and operating woodworking machines safely Knowledge of wood construction materials including siding, drywall, trim components, and flooring materials Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to craftsmanship and quality!
