Job Description

The Custom Spot is looking for a skilled, experienced kitchen and bathroom remodeling carpenter/installer to join our team full-time. We're looking for someone who knows how to do the job right and can work independently. You should be comfortable taking a project from demolition through completion without needing someone to tell you what to do every step of the way.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BE ABLE TO DO
Kitchen and bathroom remodeling Cabinet installation and modifications Finish carpentry and trim Tile installation Shower installation and waterproofing Framing Drywall and finishing Flooring Basic plumbing Basic electrical Demolition Doors and hardware Punch-list and detail work Troubleshooting problems as they come up
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of residential remodeling experience who takes pride in their work.
You should:
Be experienced with kitchens and bathrooms Be able to install cabinets accurately Know your way around tile and shower installations Have good finish-carpentry skills Be comfortable with basic plumbing and electrical Be able to read plans and take accurate measurements Be able to work independently Have good attention to detail Show up on time and be dependable Keep the job site clean Be professional when working in customers' homes Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Have your own basic hand tools
THIS IS NOT A HELPER POSITION
We're looking for an experienced tradesman who can walk into a job and get it done. If you can handle most aspects of a kitchen or bathroom remodel yourself, take pride in your craftsmanship, and want steady full-time work with a good company, we'd like to hear from you. PAY $30-$40/hour depending on experience and skill level.
WHERE WE WORK
Our work is primarily in Bucks County and Montgomery County. The Custom Spot is located in Warminster, PA. We're looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of our team. If you're an experienced remodeler who can take a kitchen or bathroom from demolition to finished product without needing someone to hold your hand, we want to hear from you.
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
