Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking carpenter to join our team. The primary focus will be building high-quality decks for residential and commercial clients. We are committed to training motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow their skills in carpentry. No prior experience is required; we provide the necessary training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

Construct, install, and repair decks according to project specifications and safety standards. Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and finish. Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Prior experience in carpentry is not required; training will be provided.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
