We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Carpenter to support our residential remodeling teams. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wide variety of carpentry tasks, working alongside experienced craftsmen on kitchens, bathrooms, and interior renovations. The Assistant Carpenter will play an important part in ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Support lead carpenters and project managers on residential and commercial construction projects. Perform a variety of carpentry-related tasks, including material handling, site preparation, demolition, and basic installation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite. Load, unload, and transport materials and tools as needed. Follow company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of carpentry, construction, or trade school experience. Basic knowledge of carpentry skills, including wood framing, metal framing, trim, hanging drywall, and hanging drop ceilings. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks in varying conditions. Professional presentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
