We are looking for a skilled and dependable Lead Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for performing high-quality carpentry work, leading a small crew, coordinating daily jobsite activities, and helping ensure remodeling projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, can work independently, has strong problem-solving skills, and knows how to lead a crew while maintaining a positive and professional jobsite. Responsibilities Lead and perform carpentry work on residential remodeling projects Complete framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, decks, and other finish work Read and interpret plans, drawings, and measurements Organize daily tasks and keep projects moving according to schedule Direct and train crew members and apprentices Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades on the jobsite Communicate professionally with homeowners and project management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise Ensure completed work meets company quality standards Safely operate hand and power tools Help manage materials and communicate when additional materials are needed Represent the company professionally on every jobsite Qualifications 5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience preferred Previous experience leading a crew or managing jobsite activities Strong knowledge of residential construction and remodeling Ability to read plans and accurately measure and lay out work Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift materials and perform physical construction work Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
