Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling trades including foundations, electrical, plumbing, hvac , etc is critical. Understanding practices, procedures, techniques, tools, and materials across all facets of building and remodeling is required. General contracting experience is highly valued. 99% of time is spent working at job sites. On job at 7:30am, end of day at 4:00 pm. 30 minute unpaid lunch. This job requires you to have the ability to perform tasks in all areas and aspects of construction and the ability to work with tools. Personal hand tools and basic power tools required. Summary As a Carpenter, you will be integral to our residential construction projects in Montgomery County PA. Working with our Project Managers and Lead Carpenters, you will utilize your core skills to execute high-quality projects. Your skills in construction will enhance project efficiency and aesthetics. Responsibilities Utilize hand and power tools to perform framing, trim work, and other carpentry tasks. Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute designs and specifications. Collaborate with team members and sub contractors on-site to maintain workflow and adhere to project timelines. Maintain a clean work environment.
