Job Description
Job Description We are currently seeking a Plumbing Construction Estimator to join our team in Willow Grove, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete bid process from start to finish. Review project plans, specifications, and addendums, perform material takeoffs, and coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed plumbing project bids and estimates
- Review RFIs, specifications, and drawings to determine project scope
- Perform digital takeoffs for piping, fixtures, valves, and equipment
- Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

- Must have 5+ years of experience in construction plumbing estimating and/or project management
- Must have strong knowledge of takeoffs, job costing, and procurement
